- find out which architects and/or corporations would be interested in this
- maybe use a facebook page to discover the interest
- decide how to pronounce and promote corporations that have chosen to support housing projects
- decide what kind of token (pillar, plack, etc) will be present in the building to indicate the choice they made and the project they suppport
- choose central organization that can judge the integrity of the projects
- professional website to support showing projects, contributors, amounts of money spent on projects, and dollar-level tracking of contributed money to all the projects
